To deliver

Terms of delivery:

Delivery is currently only possible in the following countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Austria, Italy and Spain.

Delivery of the ordered item can take place in Belgium at the address specified by the customer, via collection at a post office or parcel machine (depending on the availability of our shipping partners), or by collection at our store at Omleiding 7, 3020 Herent. In other countries, delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer or at a selected collection point, where available. The choice of delivery option may affect the delivery time.

Upon shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the shipment is handed over to the shipping service. This allows the customer to track the status of the package online via the tracking page of the respective shipping service. Customers who choose to collect from our store will receive an email as soon as the shipment has arrived at the store. Customers who choose to have it delivered to a post office or parcel machine will receive a notification by email or text message as soon as the package is available for collection.

The delivery period commences after receipt of payment and is a minimum of 3 working days and a maximum of 30 days for deliveries in Belgium, and a minimum of 5 working days and a maximum of 40 days for deliveries in other countries.

Liability for Loss or Delay:
We strive for reliable and timely delivery, but are not liable for delays or loss of the package due to actions of the shipping company. In case of loss of the package after transfer to the shipping company, the customer will have to contact the shipping company for further follow-up. If applicable, we will assist in communicating with the shipping company.
